Open WorthMemo and sign in. · WorthMemo를 열고 로그인합니다.
Select Account in the bottom navigation. · 하단의 계정을 선택합니다.
Select Delete account and data. · 계정 및 데이터 삭제를 선택합니다.
Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion. · 안내를 읽고 영구 삭제를 확인합니다.

This permanently deletes the WorthMemo account, personal-workspace receipt records and original images, OCR text and corrections, ledger entries, budgets, saved account/payment labels, profile settings, feedback, and active sessions. Shared-workspace content remains available to its other members. If you own a shared workspace with other members, transfer ownership before deleting your account. The action cannot be undone.

WorthMemo 계정, 개인 가계부의 영수증 기록과 원본 이미지, OCR 텍스트와 수정 이력, 거래 내역, 예산, 저장된 계좌·결제수단 명칭, 프로필 설정, 의견 및 활성 세션이 영구 삭제됩니다. 공유 가계부의 정보는 다른 구성원에게 유지됩니다. 다른 구성원이 있는 공유 가계부의 소유자는 계정 삭제 전에 소유권을 이전해야 합니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

If you signed in with Apple, WorthMemo exchanges and encrypts the Apple refresh token only so it can revoke WorthMemo's Apple authorization before deleting the account. If an older account has no revocable token, the account and WorthMemo data are still deleted and you can also remove WorthMemo under your Apple Account's Sign in with Apple settings. · Apple로 로그인한 경우 WorthMemo는 계정 삭제 전에 Apple 접근 권한을 철회할 목적으로만 Apple 갱신 토큰을 교환해 암호화 보관합니다. 철회 가능한 토큰이 없는 이전 계정도 WorthMemo 계정과 데이터는 삭제되며, Apple 계정의 ‘Apple로 로그인’ 설정에서도 WorthMemo 접근 권한을 직접 해제할 수 있습니다.

If you cannot use the app · 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우

Email canondos@gmail.com from the Google or Apple email used for WorthMemo and write “WorthMemo account deletion” in the subject. If you used Apple's private relay, send from that relay address when possible or include only the WorthMemo account email shown in the app. We will verify ownership before processing the request. Do not email receipt images, passwords, authorization codes, or authentication tokens. · WorthMemo에서 사용한 Google 또는 Apple 이메일 계정으로 위 주소에 제목 “WorthMemo 계정 삭제”를 적어 보내 주세요. Apple 비공개 릴레이를 사용했다면 가능한 경우 해당 릴레이 주소에서 보내거나 앱에 표시되는 WorthMemo 계정 이메일만 적어 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리하며, 영수증 이미지·비밀번호·인증 코드·인증 토큰은 보내지 마세요.

Residual backup copies are isolated from normal use and normally expire within 30 days.
