WorthMemo helps users scan receipts, review OCR results, and manage personal spending. WorthMemo는 영수증을 인식하고 결과를 확인하며 개인 지출을 관리하는 서비스입니다.

1. Data we process · 처리하는 정보

• Account: Google or Apple account identifier, name, and email address (including an Apple private relay address when selected). · Google 또는 Apple 계정 식별자, 이름, 이메일(이용자가 선택한 Apple 비공개 릴레이 주소 포함)
• Receipts: photos or selected video frames, OCR text, store, date, items, prices, and correction history. · 영수증 사진 또는 선택한 동영상 프레임, OCR 텍스트, 상점·날짜·품목·금액 및 수정 이력

WorthMemo does not request precise device location. A store address visible on a receipt may be recognized as part of the receipt. · 기기의 정밀 위치 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 영수증에 인쇄된 상점 주소는 영수증 내용으로 인식될 수 있습니다.

2. Why we use it · 이용 목적

We use data to authenticate users; upload, recognize, and organize receipts; provide budgets, ledgers, and reports; prevent abuse and duplicates; respond to support requests; and maintain service security and reliability. · 로그인, 영수증 업로드·인식·정리, 예산·가계부·보고서 제공, 중복 및 부정 사용 방지, 고객 지원, 보안과 안정성 유지를 위해 사용합니다.

3. Sharing and international processing · 제공 및 국외 처리

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Google and Apple provide sign-in. Infrastructure providers process encrypted service data on our behalf. WorthMemo currently operates infrastructure in the United States and South Korea, so data may be processed in either country solely to provide and secure the service. · 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자 광고·앱 간 추적에 사용하지 않습니다. User-directed household sharing: If you create or join a shared workspace, every active member of that workspace can view the receipt images, OCR text and correction history, purchase items, transactions, budgets, financial-account names and balances, payment-method labels, tags, and recurring transaction rules stored there. Access lasts until the member leaves, is removed, or the shared workspace is deleted. Access is revoked immediately after leaving or removal, but information already entered in the shared workspace remains available to its remaining members. Google and Apple authentication tokens, personal profile, feedback, and security records are never exposed to workspace members. Joining requires an expiring one-time invitation, your express consent, and approval by the workspace owner or administrator. · 이용자 선택에 따른 제3자 제공(공유 가계부): 공유 가계부를 만들거나 참여하면 해당 가계부의 모든 활성 구성원이 그곳에 저장된 영수증 원본 이미지, OCR 텍스트와 수정 이력, 구매 품목, 거래, 예산, 계좌 명칭·잔액, 결제수단 명칭, 태그 및 반복 거래 규칙을 볼 수 있습니다. 구성원이 나가거나 제거되거나 공유 가계부가 삭제될 때까지 볼 수 있고, 탈퇴·제거 즉시 접근 권한이 사라집니다. 다만 공유 가계부에 이미 입력한 정보는 남은 구성원에게 유지됩니다. Google·Apple 인증 토큰, 개인 프로필, 의견 및 보안 기록은 구성원에게 공개되지 않습니다. 참여에는 만료되는 일회용 초대, 이용자의 명시적 동의, 소유자 또는 관리자의 승인이 필요합니다.

4. Retention and deletion · 보관 및 삭제

Users can permanently delete the account and personal-workspace data from Account → Delete account and data. Records required by law may be retained only for the legally required period. · 앱의 계정 → 계정 및 데이터 삭제에서 계정과 개인 가계부 데이터를 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 기록은 해당 법정 기간에 한해 별도로 보관할 수 있습니다.

Deleting your account deletes your personal workspace. Content in a shared workspace remains available to its other members because it belongs to that workspace, not to the member who entered it. A shared-workspace owner must transfer ownership before account deletion when other active members remain. · 계정을 삭제하면 개인 가계부는 삭제됩니다. 공유 가계부의 정보는 입력한 개인이 아니라 해당 가계부에 귀속되므로 다른 구성원이 남아 있으면 유지됩니다. 다른 구성원이 있는 공유 가계부의 소유자는 계정 삭제 전에 소유권을 이전해야 합니다.

Receipt trash: Moving a receipt to trash immediately hides its original images and items from normal views and excludes it from spending totals. Household members retain access to the trash list, and editors may restore it within 30 days. After 30 days it can no longer be restored and scheduled deletion permanently removes the receipt and original photos. Separately entered transactions are not deleted. · 영수증 휴지통: 휴지통으로 이동하면 일반 화면에서 원본 이미지와 품목을 숨기고 지출 합계에서 제외합니다. 가계부 구성원은 휴지통 목록을 볼 수 있고 수정 권한이 있는 구성원은 30일 이내에 복구할 수 있습니다. 30일 이후에는 복구할 수 없으며 정기 삭제 작업으로 영수증과 원본 사진을 영구 삭제합니다. 별도로 입력한 거래는 삭제하지 않습니다.

Optional AI search and subscriptions · 선택형 AI 검색 및 구독

When AI search is enabled, we send only the search text you approve and static interpretation instructions to OpenAI to identify filters. We do not send receipt images, OCR records, account identifiers, financial result rows or microphone audio to OpenAI. Your text may itself contain personal information, so do not include passwords or sensitive details. We ask for explicit consent before sending text; declining leaves existing free functions available. · AI 검색이 활성화된 경우, 승인한 검색 문장과 정적인 해석 지침만 OpenAI에 전송하여 조건을 추출합니다. 영수증 사진·OCR 기록·계정 식별자·금액 결과 내역·마이크 음성은 OpenAI에 보내지 않습니다. 검색 문장 자체에 개인정보가 포함될 수 있으므로 비밀번호나 민감한 내용은 입력하지 마세요. 문장 전송 전에 명시적 동의를 받으며, 거절해도 기존 무료 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

AI transmission consent is optional and saved for your account, so the same consent applies in the app and on the website. We store the consent notice version, acceptance or withdrawal time, and a revision number until account deletion. You can withdraw consent in the app under Account → AI search privacy settings or on the website under Account menu → AI transmission consent settings. Withdrawal stops future AI searches, but cannot retract a request already transmitted and does not cancel a store subscription. OpenAI processes API data in the United States or other service-processing locations under its API data controls. We request no stored Responses history; this does not eliminate provider abuse-monitoring retention, which may last up to 30 days under the standard API policy, with legal or security exceptions. Native speech recognition may send audio to Apple, Google or the device's speech service according to your device settings and that provider's policy. WorthMemo does not upload or store raw audio on its servers. You can edit recognized text before submitting or type without microphone access. · 기본 음성 인식은 기기 설정 및 해당 업체의 정책에 따라 음성을 Apple·Google 또는 기기의 음성 인식 서비스로 보낼 수 있습니다. WorthMemo stores subscription status, an opaque account binding identifier, encrypted store verification references, billing periods and usage counts to validate access and prevent abuse. Usage metadata also includes the AI model, request status, token counts and estimated provider cost for service operations and cost monitoring; authorized administrators can view these metadata, but not raw questions or receipt content in the usage report. Apple and Google process payments; WorthMemo does not receive card numbers. Raw search text is not retained in query history. Normalized filters are available for pagination for 30 minutes, then become inaccessible and are removed by scheduled cleanup; usage metadata is retained through the billing period and up to 90 days after it ends. Account deletion removes these account-linked records but does not cancel the store subscription. · 구독 검증·부정 이용 방지를 위해 구독 상태, 불투명한 계정 연결 식별자, 암호화된 스토어 검증 참조값, 결제 기간과 사용 횟수를 보관합니다. 서비스 운영·비용 관리를 위한 AI 모델, 요청 상태, 토큰 수와 제공자 추정 비용도 사용량 정보에 포함되며, 권한 있는 관리자는 이 정보만 조회하고 사용량 화면에서 질문 원문·영수증 내용은 조회하지 않습니다. Apple·Google이 결제 처리하며 WorthMemo는 카드 번호를 받지 않습니다. 원문 검색 기록은 보관하지 않습니다. 추출된 조건은 30분 동안 다음 페이지 조회에 사용한 뒤 접근을 차단하고 정기 작업으로 삭제하며, 사용량 정보는 결제 기간 종료 후 최대 90일까지 보관합니다. 계정 삭제 시 계정과 연결된 해당 기록은 삭제되지만 스토어 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.

5. Security · 보안

WorthMemo uses HTTPS in production, short-lived access tokens, rotating refresh tokens, access controls, upload limits, and encrypted credential storage on supported devices. No online service can guarantee absolute security. · 운영 환경 HTTPS, 짧은 수명의 접근 토큰, 회전형 갱신 토큰, 접근 통제, 업로드 제한, 지원 기기의 암호화 자격 증명 저장을 사용합니다. 다만 어떠한 온라인 서비스도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

6. Your choices · 이용자 권리

You may review or correct receipt and spending information, sign out, revoke provider access in your Google or Apple account, or delete your WorthMemo account. WorthMemo attempts to revoke its stored Sign in with Apple authorization as part of in-app account deletion. For access, correction, export, privacy, or deletion questions, contact us below. · 영수증과 지출 정보를 조회·수정하고, 로그아웃하거나 Google 또는 Apple 계정에서 접근 권한을 해제하고, WorthMemo 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 계정을 삭제하면 WorthMemo가 보관한 Apple 로그인 접근 권한도 함께 철회합니다. 열람·정정·내보내기·개인정보·삭제 문의는 아래로 연락해 주세요.

7. Children · 아동

WorthMemo is not directed to children under 14 in South Korea (or the minimum digital-consent age in the user's country). If we learn that a child under the applicable age used the service without verifiable consent from a legal representative, we will restrict the account and delete the child's personal data. · WorthMemo는 대한민국의 만 14세 미만 아동(또는 이용 국가의 디지털 동의 최소 연령 미만 아동)을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 해당 연령 미만 아동은 법정대리인의 확인 가능한 동의를 받아야 하며, 동의 없이 사용한 사실을 알게 되면 계정을 제한하고 아동의 개인정보를 삭제합니다.
